This policy explains what data the Wordwander mobile game (the "Game"), developed by Dursun Duman, processes, why, and what your rights are. The Game has no accounts; we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
1. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (level, coins, gems, daily streak, statistics), your settings, and the player name and avatar you choose in the profile are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or anyone else and are deleted when you uninstall the Game.

3. Personalized ads and your choices
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: Google's consent form appears when you first open the Game. You can refuse personalized ads; non-personalized ads are shown instead. You can change your choice any time in Settings → About Us → Ad Privacy Options.
- iPhone / iPad: If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your advertising ID is not shared.
- Android: You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Privacy → Ads).
The Game works the same whatever you choose.
4. Legal basis
We process data for ads and analytics based on your consent or our legitimate interest (offering the Game for free and improving it), and for purchases to perform our contract with you, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
5. Retention and international transfers
Analytics data is kept in Firebase for up to 14 months. Ad and purchase data follow the retention periods of those services. Their servers may be located outside your country (mainly in the US and the EU); transfers are protected by these companies' standard contractual clauses.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child's data has been processed, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to object. Because the Game has no accounts, most data cannot be linked directly to you; to remove it, uninstall the Game and reset your advertising ID. For any other request, write to the address below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and the date above changes with significant updates.
