By downloading or using Wordwander (the "Game") you agree to these terms. The Game is provided by Dursun Duman.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the Game, or play it with cheats or automation tools.

2. Virtual currencies and purchases

• Coins and gems are virtual items usable only inside the Game; they have no real-money value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; payments, cancellations and refunds follow those stores' rules. Please contact the store for refund requests.
• "Remove Ads" removes banner and end-of-level (interstitial) ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available. You can restore it on a new device via Settings → About Us → Restore Purchases.
• Game progress and virtual items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game or change devices, coins, gems and progress may be lost and are not refunded.

3. Ads

The Game is free and contains ads shown by third-party services (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for advertisers' products or services. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Content and intellectual property

The Game's design, code, levels and texts belong to us or our licensors. License notices for third-party content (fonts, avatars, word list) are included in the app package.

5. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

6. Changes and termination

We may change the Game, its content or these terms from time to time. Your access may be restricted if you violate these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
